(1) How does the zero point positioning system work?
a. The base plate of the zero positioner is installed on the CNC machining center machine tool;
b. The positioning pin is installed on the reverse side of the workpiece or the reverse side of the upper tray;
c. The workpiece or upper tray is directly placed in the zero positioning unit through the positioning pin;
d. After cutting off the air source, the locator will lock the positioning pin to reach the locked state and start processing.

(4) What is repeated positioning accuracy?
a. Repeat positioning accuracy: the tolerance range of the position change of reference point on the same workpiece after the reference point of workpiece record is moved from the fixture and then re clamped. It affects the consistency of a batch of parts processing, and is a very important precision index. The accuracy of the SET zero position positioner is less than 0.003mm.
(5) How to handle the iron chips or impurities entering the processing process?
a. Each SET zero point positioner has an automatic chip removal function. automatic chip removal function refers to the compressed air from the bottom of the zero positioner jet air,The air flow will blow chips, coolant or other impurities out of the center of the zero positioner.
(6) Can locating pin be installed directly on the workpiece and connected with zero locator during processing?
a.
